Settle into downtown Hickory at Union Square Flats 203, a one-bedroom, one-bath apartment overlooking Union Square and the Sails. With space for up to two guests, it offers a comfortable setting for a weekend away or a longer work visit.

The open living area and full kitchen give you room to relax, prepare meals, and plan your day. A window facing the square brings downtown into view, while the separate bedroom features a king-size bed and generous closets.

Wi-Fi, a smart TV, central heating and air conditioning, and a dining table workspace help you balance downtime with anything you need to get done. An in-unit washer and dryer and an additional hallway closet make extended stays more convenient.

The apartment is on the second floor above downtown commercial spaces. Enter the building through Trade Alley and take the elevator upstairs. Keypad entry provides convenient access to the building and apartment.

A parking pass is provided inside the apartment for all-day and overnight parking in designated nearby spaces. Please do not use monthly reserved spaces or accessible spaces without the required permit.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and checkout is at 11:00 AM. Detailed arrival directions and entry instructions are provided before your stay.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
